Severe Psoriasis
I was diagnosed with psoriasis in 2009. Over the decade till 2021, I was under various treatment options from various reputed dermatologists. I was given methotrexate (started to harm my liver, twice), NBUVB, creams, ointments.
After 2021, just after I took the COVID vaccine, my psoriasis spread a lot. Now it has covered most of them my body. And it increased a lot in 2023 WHILE I was undergoing a NBUVB and ointment treatment regimen in a reputed hospital.
It has now become extreme and harming my physical and mental health.
I recently heard about biologics injections and how it helps a lot.
I need help with this because no other treatment is working and the psoriasis has now covered my back left leg and is progressing through my arms.

Even my suggestion would be to consider biologics at this stage. They have faster onset of action and dosing varies from weekly to monthly depending on the choice of biologic. There is a workup in form of blood tests that is done prior to starting it and monitoring needed once the treatment begins.
Kindly start after proper consultation and under supervision of Dermatologist.
