C/o pain in sacral part from last 5 days, radiating to groin, buttocks, pelvis, lower abdomen.
Aggravated in the evening, worsens in the night.
No h/o trauma or fall.

Do some groin strain exercise, hot water formantation at back and thighs.
Avoid jerky movements of forward bending, and legs, msg me i will give better suggestions for groin pain and abdominal pain thank you
