Severe pain in right knee during lunges
I have been having this pain since I joined gym back 3 months ago. Earlier, it was not do severe but as time passes it got severe and was transformed in a more acute pain . My father took me to a doctor and when he does an x -ray , nothing was there in it. So he recommended me to stop going to gym for 10-15 days. So I does. But , from 5-6 days , when I started to going gym it hurts a lot in the same right knee again and again. Si I am little bit confused how to solve this problem. Please help me

Start doing isometric knee exercises and other knee strengthening exercises. Avoid lunges for few days .. once ur knee get strengthens you can start lunges. It is a problem with ligaments not bone .
