Severe pain in lt eye, head and throat.
Sir was having sinusitis problem since 1 week. 3 days before in the left lower lid developed stye. Now left eye area has developed lot of pain and bulge also. Today having unbearable pain in left side of head, ear and throat area also. Is having thyroid issue and on medication. Now periods also irregular

Do hot water fomentations 2-3 times daily over affected eye. Take tablet Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily, tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days. Keep Neosporin ophthalmic ointment in the eye twice daily
For your irregular periods consult Gynaecologist.

Do not neglect ...if u have an eye pain and it is extending into headache and ear pain...
If u have any giddiness, fever, visual disturbances ....u need to seek medical attention immediately. ..
If thyroid is not properly controlled menstrual irregularities will be there
