Sinusitis problem please help

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I suspect that I have sphenoid sinusitis,I have the main symptoms,pain deep behind forehead,and back of head and neck also top of head,it's more like a dull pressure pain,I strongly believe it is sphenoid sinusitis please tell me what I should do i read that it can be very serious and life threatening
