Severe pain in leg and hand joints

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My mother (age 56) facing sever joint pain with swelling. She is even not able to walk or move on bed. Blood suger level is high(fasting 180) and uric acid level in blood serum is 5.8. Urgent help needed. Which specialist Dr shall I consult?
