He has severe pain in lower back n shoulder since two years ..after he met an accident.....he can't even stand properly without taking painkiller

Warm up all joints of the hands with a small bunch of agarbathi sticks. do not wash hands for next two hours. this can also be done with a moxa stick which is a warm wood avilable on acupuncture material store. It is a theory by Sujok .
