Severe pain during defecation
My mother feels severe pain and difficulty during the process of defecation and there was a bleeding wound in the anal area and she thought that she was suffering from constipation and took two types of laxative medicines, but she still has severe pain during excretion process. Please tell me what she suffers from and are there any medicines that she should take?
