Severe pain at kidney area

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Three days back there is a severe pain while urinating and at the end some bloody urine has come .followed by chills and fever . I used a dolo650 and the fever got controlled . Today pain decreased to some extent but the lower back has started ,it is so serious the I can't sleep for a sec . What problem is this ?
