Avoid getting constipated by taking lots of fibre in your diet. Drink plenty of water. Wash the area by sitting in warm water with salt. Every time after a wash, apply ghee.

It may be case of internal piles / fistula, local examination is essential... If it is confirm than avoid constipation, take light diet... Medicine can be suggested after local examination

Painkillers only will not help pacify the symptoms. A proper diet and ayurveda medications will definitely help to relive the condition. It has to be diagnosed with history taking , anal examination and nadi diagnosis... kindly consult a ayurveda physician.
