  3. Pain in anus. Medication can i take?

Pain in anus
I am 29yrs old male.I am having slight pain in the anus region and sometimes feel tingling effect in penis. I also feel slight pain in lower abdomen while passing urine, it started since couple of days.I was on antibiotics last week due to some bacterial infection and it is cured .what might be causing the pain and what medication can I take?
