Severe nose block
Had cold since 3 weeks. Later caught cough also. Today he is on his school visit to Belum caves, closed area inside caves with many people around and also AC in bus made his problem severe. Need immediate nose block relief medication to give him.

He seems to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months. Confirmation of diagnosis is important before starting treatment
