I have got severe pain on my right side of the neck. I think the pain is due to the train travel I did a couple of days ago. I thought the pain would go after a good night's sleep, but its not so. I thought of having a pain killer of muscle relaxant for temporary relief. Can you please suggest wot would the problem be

hello...looks like u got dis pain due to altered postion while sleepin in a train...it would simple spasm of d muscle on ur neck...as suggested pain relieving drugs wid a combination of muscle relaxant shud help u out...u can try keeping hot bag over dat area too fr mild relief of pain...avoid any srt of masssage...hope dis shud help!

post travelling many ppl have pain at nape of neck, shoulder pain and low back ache is very much common. It will be relieved in couple of days . If severe use pain killers o else hot compression would help you.
