Severe nappy rash in urinary area

Asked for Female, 2 Years

Hi last weekend we went outing that 2 day we put diaper to my 2.6 months old daughter Sunday night itself she got burning in the urinary area we put siloderm oinment, but it not get cure it increased with severe infection and some bubbles are came. We went to nearby daughter she suggest rashfree oinment and candid powder. Kindly suggest whether it is enough or what I need to do, because she is suffering too bad. Please...

Rashfree cream twice a day is fine,but instead of candid powder,use cream,use both alternatively for 5-7 days. Avoid diaper usage,specially during loose motions.
