Severe menstrual cramps
I'm supposed to be on my menstrual cycle in two days. But I found some blood spotting and have been having severe cramps since last night. Could it be just an abnormal early visit of periods, or is it a sign of pregnancy?

Await onset of bleed till a week. If no bleed even by that time, do a pregnancy test
