Severe menstrual cramps
I am experiencing severe menstrual cramps.I took ibuprofen and am also using a hot water bag to ease the pain. But the pain is just making my life difficult, it's causing mood swings and irritability. I'm going about my day as the pain alleviates, but if I do work the pain comes back. What other alternate is there? Please suggest.

It’s PMS and you seem to have exaggerated PMS. This type of PMS is seen in hormonal imbalance , especially PCOS. 1) Your medical condition will require prompt & immediate treatment. 2) A detailed analysis of your lab reports & a detailed discussion of your medical symptoms will be required. 3) Without such information, just to give you medical advice is unethical & harmful for your health. 4) Your Medical condition can get worse if not treated at the right time....Dr. Rupal (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
