Severe LV Dysfunction
My grandmother (92) is suffering from Decompensated heart failure, severe LV dysfunction with moderate aortic stenosis, moderate aortic stenosis,LV systolic dysfn LVEF-31%, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, moderate mitral dysfunction, moderate PAH (RVSP-60mmhg) FS 14%. She is been treated in hospital and discharged due to age factor surgery can't be done. But now she is suffering from continued cough. How to reduce  the cough?What is her life span? How to help her to increase her life span?
