Hello sir,my mom is a heart patient. She suffer GLOBAL LV HYPOKINESE,MODERATE LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION from past 10 years.But Suddenly my mom suffer SEVERE LV SYSTOLIC DYSFUNCTION.she can't breath well and can't eat,swelling legs.is this emergency or any serious issue. Plz help me doctor, give suggestion sir.

It may either be asymptomatic or also have symptoms of heart failure. It is characterized by dilation of the left ventricle and vasoconstriction.....Severe LV dysfunction can lead to complications.... Consult your Cardiologist for further evaluation and treatment.....
