Severe leg pain
I am having lot of leg pains, taking Tramadol with other medications like pregabalin, my top, palmigies, but the pain is increasing day by day, I am taking care about my diabetes, is there any permanent cure, I have gone with NCV test, the report says there is electrophysiological evidence of symmetrical sensory, motar predominantly axonal polyneuropathyinvolving both lower limbs, my pain is unbearable, is there any permanent cure, kindly advice

Peripheral neuropathy in diabetes is most common. Strict glycemic control is needed with physiotherapy of legs. Thank you
