Yeah it can be corrected itself in some cases if the age is less than 6 years and depending upon the amount of deformity and cause of deformity. Otherwise there are various kind of surgeries to correct it. As per literature, it's improbable to treat knock knee with exercises. It needs to be investigated well before the management plan. I would advise you to visit an orthopedic doctor in person.
