Been 6 months now that m hvng jock itch. I apply candid b cream daily. It temporarly soothes the itch and pain but if I stop applying it even for a day, the itch returns.

From your explanation what I feel you mostly suffering from T.C .But if you feel it's not curing then have to see affected area for further steps to go head ,Sometime repeat scraping or culture may be indicated if initial treatment of tinea cruris is unsuccessful. Please avoid steroids at the area which may can worsen the condition.There is no point in giving non specific treatment without finding the exact cause.
