Severe itchiness

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 28 week pregnant, i had fever for 2 days but when it gone i got severe pain on my body especially leg so my doctor prescribed me dolopar 650 mg tab, after taking 2 pills i got severe itchiness on my skin. Doctor, please suggest me this itchiness will go by its own or suggest any medicine which is safe for me.
