Severe itchiness around genital area
I've had some kind of white and red pimples on penis and around scrotum 1 and 1/2 week ago but by time it clotted with black rough surface. Since then I'm suffering with severe itchiness and irritation on my genital area specially during night and early morning. I can't be able to sleep whole night due to terrible condition I'm facing nowadays which causing less attentive to my studies whole day. What should I do now for speedy recovery?

It's due to Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
