SEVERE HEARING LOSS

I CANNOT HEAR PROPERLY EVEN WHILE USING HEARING AIDS AND THERE IS SOUND COMING FROM MY EAR, EVERY TIME I MOVE MY HEAD TO THE LEFT I HEAR MURMUR IN MY EAR, ITS LIKE THERE IS WATER INSIDE.
