Severe headache in right side of head
The patient suffers from chronic headache which starts at a point in the right side of the head. She was also diagnosed with the problem of brain shrinkage 2 years ago. The headache occurs very frequently followed by dizziness and sometimes vomiting. It becomes unbearable sometimes. Please suggest what should be done. Thank you!
