I have Severe headache since today morning.I had a tendency to vomit.I have taken a bit of rice in the afternoon.Now vomiting has stopped but Severe headache has come.What shiuld i do..???

Hello.. Well need to find the cause of headache.. Stress Tension Acidity Dehydration Migraine Cold Eye strain all are common causes of headache
