Fever headache vomiting

Hello There.
i can understand your concern.
ask her to take a tab. grandem MD once a day to be kept in the mouth as it dissolves in the mouth and starts quick action.
after that, drink lots of water.
she may be having either a viral fever, urinary tract infection, or gastroenteritis .
drink lots of water, take paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for controlling fever. search for best doctors near you using the practo app itself.
