Severe headache
I have severe headache after nightshifts and i am unable to sleep in the morning because of that. This headache occurs only after night shifts and not on othet days. Can someone suggest what needs to be done?

It is probably migraine headache. It is getting precipitated due less sleep during night shift. it is very common that migraine headache gets precipitated when there is less sleep. Take some anti migraine prophylactic medicines. You can also Take a simple analgesic after your night shift and it should be taken at just beginning of headache so that it will act effectively
