Severe headache
I have been experiencing severe headache on one side and it carries down to my eyes back of my neck.

Hello,
I understand your pain.
This headache might be because if the stress that you are undergoing at work or it may the headache that which is aroused by the accommodation reflex of your eyes. To keep it simple just you need to check for your eyesight. If I am suggesting I am suggesting it to rule it out. Just consult a general physician your locality.
