  4. Severe head ache. Spending on phone!

I work in lic I have severe head ache in back of the neck and in the back of the eyes(I mean inside of the eyes) I see mobile a lot ,so kindly suggest me a medicine and I will stop long duration of time spending on phone

your problem is due to wrong posture and Hannity for pain you can take tab diclogesic SOS and just tears eye drops 2to3 times daily

use mobile for needs  and for recreation off and on also perform yoga cervical exercise
