While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Minimize screen time. Maintain right posture while using computer. Always work with screen in a well lot room. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac or fan Consult online to start medication
