Hi I have thyroid problem from 7years+ and from past 3months am having severe hair fall and now my hair is like a thin layer on my head and am on my periods with regular cycle am facing dandruff problem i consulted a doctor he suggested me logidruff shampoo and then still am having hair fall and dandruff issues and my face is also becoming so dull am 26now my family is looking for a groom for me please help me from this problem
