Severe hairfall and dandruff and acne

I am suffering from severe hairfall and dandruff. Oily scalp and itching. I have acne on my arms and upper body.
I took a treatment for hairfall where doctor said it is seborrheic dermatitis and it cannot be cured.
Also I am suffering from PCOD.
