Severe hair fall
I am diagnosed with PCOD since a year and have been experiencing extreme hair thinning and hair fall. I had very thick and black hair as a teenager. At first I had the normal hairfall, but with the birth control pills prescribed by the gynaecologist, I observed that my hair fall has doubled from before(which I discontinued now, but still the problem is persisting). Is there any way to stop this hair fall and regrow my lost hair?

Follow lifestyle changes suggested for pcos, but avoid crash dieting. Add proteins to your diet. Can add hair supplements to prevent hair fall. Also there are medicines for hair gain that can be prescribed after consulting properly
