You seem to be suffering from vertigo. This can be positional vertigo in which all tests will be normal. Meniere's disease usually has associated deafness and earache, not just dizziness. Moreover stugeron & nootropil are not going to help one bit. You will need diuretics to relieve meniere's and repositioning manoeuvre for vertigo. Cervical spondylosis can contribute to dizziness. This can all be diagnosed with appropriate clinical history and examination and does not require many tests per se. Don't panic.
