Severe fever - antibiotics usage
My son is facing severe fever from past 4 days. We are using calpol 250(3ml) for every 6 hours, synarest(3ml) two times a day. Still the fever not reduced after the due course and high temperature is showing near head, neck, chest parts alone.
What is the dosage for 15 months old kid for the medicine Augwyn dry syrup(amoxycillin and potassium clavulanate oral suspension IP 228.5mg)?

Please meet a pediatrician for physical check up as the child may need blood and other tests. It may be a serious infection as fever is severe
