These are the general principles of treating an eczema Use mild soap like dove or pears brown Do not use water which is too hot for bathing Pat the skin dry after bathing, do not rub it. Apply a good moisturiser on the body, WITHIN 3 MINUTES OF PATTING THE SKIN DRY. Use loose cotton clothes Do not smoke, consume alcohol. Do not consume spicy chilly oily food Avoid excessive AC use Drink lots of water, esp coconut water

Eczema can be aggravated due to using harsh soaps.not using a moisturiser daily,exposure to air conditioning.use a paraben free moisturiser twice daily to keep the area moisturised.cobsukt me online for further treatment
