Hi i am suffering dry lips for over 5 years.I am drinking lots of water, applying balms,moisturizers when going out from home using boroline at night which shreds of total dry skin,dry lips are no more but i want a permanent solution,and from past 2 years i have been experiencing constant lip twitching, shaking lips...

If the lips are not improving with balms and general measures you have taken, it's better you see a dermatologist. Also try quitting smoking if you are a smoker.
