Severe dry cough

Asked for Male, 4 Years

Week before last had fever for 6 days(gave crocin & ibugesic).No cold.burping,farting, slight cough since last week.Since yesterday evening after playing with kids,has severe dry cough & vomit due to that.No cough during sleep.Not eating, still vomiting.Nose drip only when coughing. No nose congestion.Is it acidity?

I ve gone through ur case symptoms not suggestive of gastritis.....it s cough due to viral origin or bacterial infection kindly consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.... should avoid playing outside for 3 to 4 days....
