Headache around eyebrows ,fever, cough

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had fever a week ago and it was 103° but I still have headache around the eyebrows and my mouth becomes dry. I have severe cough and cold. My hands and feet become cold and I sometimes feel very cold even though I am not having fever . What do you think I am suffering from?
