  4. Severe def of B12 &D3. Nano solution.

Severe def of B12 &D3
I have severe deficiency of vitamin B12 (115) & D3 (9). I am taken 6 renerve injection till now. Now my doctor has advised me take it every month for 5 more months. so do I have to take 6 injection per month or 1 injection per month. For D3 I am taking Arachitol Nano solution.
