Severe cramps/churning
Severe Stomach churning, something like spasm.
Churning is in the mid riff and at the navel, recurring.
Weakness and fever, lose motions 1-2 times since the cramps/churning began. Nausea as soon as I eat anything
Took dulcoflex, worked at night, but the pain is back in the morning.

Visit to your Family doctor as soon as possible. By the time take 'Electrol' powder with water as much as possible.
