Severe cramps and unable 2 move 1st 2dys

I have been suffering with severe cramps from the time I got my periods. I puke, have fever, can't move and the pain is unbearable for the first two days! I maintain a very healthy diet, exercise often. But this doesn't seem to reduce ever! I've tried so many pain killers. Some doctors have given me hormonal pills too but nothing has worked. It is said that I should be fine post pregnancy which was the case for my mom, but not for my mom' mom. No body has done a different treatment ever. It's tagged as a hereditary issue. With the kind of profession I have I can't afford to not move for 2 days every month. I am unable to plan for anything as my periods have never come on the same day. I've either got it a week in advance than the last time or 2 days before or a little later than the last time.
