Cramps in lower left abdomen
I am 8 weeks pregnant. I had a fight with my family and I shouted and screamed . I got lower abdomen cramps at that time and its lasted for some time . After few hours I felt like something is stretching on the lower left abdomen with cramps also. The cramps was not severe. Is that a sign of miscarriage?
