Severe headache and blocked nose . Citrizn lemolate is not showing any result. Pain under eyes and near nose.

If you have severe headache with nasal obstruction the most common cause is acute viral rhinitis. Treatment is rest, plenty of oral fluids, paracetamol and anti-allergic + steroid nasal spray. Steam inhalation may be also helpful .
