Severe burn and swelling in mouth

Inside of my mouth has turned red, with severe burning sensation, and am unable to chew anything due to this. There is light swelling along the lips as well. There is however nothing in the tonsils area.

It can be allergic or mouth ulcers. Start following medications. Tab. Azithral 500 1 tab once daily. Tab. Levocitrizine 1 tab daily at night. Tab. Folvite (folic acid 5mg), Cap. Vit. B complex and kenakort mouth gel. Mouthwash with chlorhexidine mouthwash 2 times a day (do not gargle)
