Hello, you need to do spinal extension exercises and tummy tucks. Work on your inner core muscles. Walking will help. When sitting use a complete support for the low back specifically (u can use a rolled towel or a round pillow to support the low back curve) till pain subsides.
But if the pain does not subside then you need to consult a therapist.
U must be having insult to u r spine..any history of falling....accident.....show to u r orthopedic its reason...to take u r problem seriously... do not neglect......
