Severe back pain
Severe back pain since two days... Picked up heavy weight its since then... I am 5'7 nd healthy ... Never had a back problem.. Now if I touch my backbone it pains ... Please suggest a cure.

From the history provided by you, it looks like you may be having mechanical backache or Prolapsed intervertebral disc.
Main treatment for you will be complete bed rest for at least one week and some medicines which can be prescribed only after examination.
So I would suggest you to visit an orthopaedic surgeon in your area.
