Hello, I understand your problem, Hope you are not in too much of pain. I would like to tell you about the backache and pain originating from kidney stones. Backache It will be like on and off pain it will relieved if you rest and it will be difficult to stand up and sit. If the pain is severe then you will not be able to stand up. In case of kidney stones the pain is also on and off but it will be excruciating associated with burning sensation while urinating and you will be having nausea, Change in urine colour. These are some of the symptoms differentiating backache and renal stone pain. Thank you
