Severe back pain
My wife is having severe back pain during her first two days of periods from last month onwards. Also, before one month, to postpone her period she had two tablets to skip the periods for two days. Is this a normal scenario or anything to get verified?

Yes, it’s normal to have mild cramps during your period, because of uterine contractions.  Natural remedies such as a microwavable heating pack or a heating pad placed on your lower abdomen may help. Be sure to check that the heating pad is not too hot, as it can burn your skin. Soaking in a warm bath may also help to relieve cramps....
